You will need an appointment to attend a therapy session, so please contact us in advance.

Our normal opening hours are:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Evening appointments can be made by special arrangement up to 8pm​

Saturday, 8am - Midday

We can get busy, so we recommend getting in touch as soon as you can to make a booking.

But we also appreciate that injuries are normally unexpected, so we will always endeavour to fit you in!
