At Willpower Sports Rehabilitation & Conditioning we are dedicated to helping active individuals and athletes reach their full potential.
My name is Will Dorman and I am a qualified Graduate Rehabilitator and a member of BASRaT.
I studied Sport Rehabilitation and Conditioning at the University of Northampton and have had experience working as a sports therapist during my time at university. Through clinic work I have gained experience with a wide range of different people, from individuals to sports teams.
Alongside a sports therapist, I have worked with individual members of the public requiring soft tissue therapies. Team environments have ranged from football pitch-side injury support for Northampton Town Shadow Squad, rugby pitch-side medical responder for Northampton School for Boys, through to delivering weekly strength and conditioning coaching and sports massage to Premier League Referees and Assistants at the Northampton University Sports Laboratory.

More recently I have begun providing support to talented racing drivers in motorsport, currently working alongside Hitech GP with multiple drivers in British Formula 4 and GB3 categories.
I provide personalised care and treatment plans to help you recover from injuries, improve your performance, and maintain your overall health and well-being. Every person is unique and requires an individualised approach to their rehabilitation and conditioning. That’s why I take the time to assess each client’s needs and create a customised plan that fits their goals and lifestyle. My passion for sports rehabilitation and conditioning, allows me to provide a comprehensive and effective approach to recovery and performance enhancement.
